孝夫は非行少年でした。
悪い仲間と付き合って学校にもなかなか
出て来ませんでした。

聞くような子じゃありません。
ところがある日 彼が何人かの少年に
かこまれて喧嘩しているところに出合いました。
私は孝夫をかばいました
が、映画のようにかっこよくはいきません。

けられたりして、私はのびてしまいました。

家まで送ってくれました。

今年も近づく卒業が 螢の光に送られて
巣立ってゆくだろ 教え子たちが
洋子という子は大変頭の良い子でしたが
早く死にました。
結婚をして別れた子もいます。
酒場づとめをしている子もいます。
大学受験を三回も失敗した子もいます。
どうも幸せな子より 不幸な子のほうが、
よくおぼえているようです。
考えてみると、人間ていう奴は、
誰だって多かれ少なかれ
不幸を背負って生きているようです。
より良い明日を願って
一生懸命生きているもののようです。

私はそっと呟くだけです。
